Napbun: baby sleep help from bedtime to 3 a.m.

Napbun is a baby sleep app for iPhone, made for parents of babies 4 to 24 months. It gives you a calm bedtime routine, Night Help one tap away in the middle of the night, an optional nap and night log, and, when you're ready, one small change to try with an honest look at what it did.

Napbun doesn't diagnose, and it doesn't replace your pediatrician.

Napbun is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. See Napbun on the App Store (the page opens once the app is live).

A calm bedtime routine

Build your baby's bedtime routine in your own order. Tick the steps if you like, and the lamp dims as you go. Every sleep comes with a safe sleep card based on AAP guidance: on the back, in an empty, flat crib or bassinet.

Night Help at 3 a.m.

Night Help is one tap away on your Lock Screen, with a Live Activity while the night lasts. It is built from your own routine and the way you usually settle your baby, with a short checklist if the crying goes on and the signs that mean you should call your pediatrician. A Sitter card puts your routine and safety notes in a picture or PDF you can send.

A nap and night log, only if you want one

Logging is optional. Nap start and "Woke up" take one tap each, in the app or from Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. During the day, Napbun shows "Awake since" and "Last nap" from your own taps. It describes your baby's day and never predicts it.

Try one change and see if it helped

From 4 months, when you're ready: log 7 usual nights, then try one small change, like an earlier bedtime, for 10 to 14 nights. Napbun compares those nights with your baby's own usual, using a rule for "better" that is set before you start. You see what happened, not why: nights got better, no clear effect, nights got harder, or not conclusive yet.

Calm sounds with a timer

White, pink and brown noise, shush, rain and ocean, with a timer and a volume cap. Keep the speaker as far from the crib as you can, on the lowest volume.

Safe sleep and your pediatrician

Safe sleep reminders follow the AAP's 2022 guidance. A PDF summary of your baby's nights is ready to bring to your pediatrician. If something worries you, call your pediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Private by design

Your baby's sleep log stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. There is no account to create. Anonymous usage statistics are sent only if you say yes, and never include your baby's log, name or birth date. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Free, and Napbun Plus

Your routine, Night Help, safe sleep information, sounds, logging and your first change to try, with its result, are free. Napbun Plus adds more changes to try, your baby's nap rhythm from the naps you log, and guided steps from contact naps to the crib. The price for your country is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Support explains how to restore or cancel.

Questions parents ask about Napbun

What is Napbun?

Napbun is an iPhone app for parents of babies aged 4 to 24 months. It gives you a calm bedtime routine, Night Help for wake-ups in the middle of the night, an optional nap and night log, and an honest way to try one small change and see what it did for your baby's nights.

What does Night Help do at 3 a.m.?

Night Help opens with one tap from Today or your Lock Screen, with no setup. It shows three steps: check your baby is safe, comfort the way you usually do, and feed if hungry. If the crying goes on, a short checklist helps, and it lists the signs to call your pediatrician.

Does Napbun predict naps or promise my baby will sleep through the night?

No. Napbun doesn't predict nap times or bedtimes, and it doesn't promise sleeping through the night. Daytime lines such as "Awake since" and "Last nap" come from your own taps and describe your day.

How does "try one change" work?

From 4 months, you log 7 usual nights, then try one change, like an earlier bedtime, for 10 to 14 nights. The rule for "better" is set before you start. The result says nights got better, no clear effect, nights got harder, or not conclusive yet. It shows what happened, not why.

Is Napbun a cry-it-out app?

No. Trying a change is optional, and you choose which one. Setup asks how much crying is OK for you, including "No crying, please". For babies under 6 months, Napbun leaves out crying-based methods such as timed check-ins.

Is Napbun free?

Your routine, Night Help, safe sleep reminders, sounds, logging, the pediatrician PDF, and your first change with its result are free. Napbun Plus is an optional subscription that adds more changes to try, nap rhythm from your logged naps, guided steps from contact naps to the crib, and guides for big changes. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy.

Where is my baby's sleep log stored?

On your devices and in your own iCloud. There is no account to create and there are no ads. Anonymous usage statistics are sent only if you say yes, and they never include your baby's name, birth date or sleep log.

Is Napbun medical advice?

No. Napbun doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it doesn't replace your pediatrician. Its safe sleep reminders follow the American Academy of Pediatrics' 2022 recommendations. If something worries you, call your pediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

When can I get Napbun?

Napbun is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone, on iOS 26 or later.
